Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Perry County Court Docket does not retain or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send an email, the message may be kept long enough to review and answer it. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Routine technical records may be created when the website loads:
- Your device's IP address
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and device category
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- A referring website, when available
- The date and time of a page request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files stored on a device. They and analytics services help measure traffic, popular pages, and performance. Browser controls can block cookies, though some features may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected data may support these operational purposes:
- Operating the website and improving load speed
- Routing a search request to the selected partner
- Measuring which content visitors use
- Finding and correcting technical faults
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Perry County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of Perry County dockets or personal case records. It publishes general directions to Search ARCourts, the Perry County Circuit Clerk, Circuit Court, District Court, and other official sources. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 19 governs access to judicial records; it does not turn this private website's visitor data into a court record. Arkansas FOIA, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq., should not be treated as overriding the Supreme Court's rules for judicial records. This website is not a consumer reporting agency and does not assemble visitor information into consumer reports about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes that may appear on content pages. Information submitted to a partner is subject to that company's privacy policy, retention choices, and sharing practices. Review those terms before entering a query because this policy does not control a partner's system.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Search ARCourts, Perry County offices, Arkansas courts, legal resources, and outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy terms apply. Advertising providers may also use their own technology to measure activity across websites. Those systems are outside Perry County Court Docket's control.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- A search provider processing a query submitted to it
- Analytics vendors measuring use and performance
- Advertising networks serving advertisements
- Government or law-enforcement bodies responding to valid legal process
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards are applied to the information collected. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. Perry County Court Docket works to reduce risk but cannot promise that unauthorized access or another security event will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If information from a minor is identified, a deletion request may be made so it can be removed.
Your Data Rights
Rights vary with the law that applies to the visitor and the data involved. No generic Arkansas privacy statute is asserted here. A visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal information held by this website
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate
- Delete personal information where applicable law permits
- Opt out of processing when an applicable law provides that choice
Updates to This Policy
